ISA Forum of Sociology（2021年2月23日～）に関するISAからのお願い

ISA Forum of Sociologyに関するお願い

このたびのコロナ禍にあり、2021年2月23日から開催される第4回ISA Forum of Sociologyはオンラインにて開催する運びとなり、登録料金については、当初設定した額の一律半額にすることをISA理事会にて決定しました。

そこで、新登録料金の設定にあたり、”Regular”の隣に”Solidarity”カテゴリーがあります（https://isaconf.confex.com/isaconf/forum2020/registration/call.cgi）。同カテゴリーを設けた趣旨は次の通りです。

Solidarity Fund:
The full amount (Solidarity rate) is maintained for those wishing to contribute to a Solidarity Fund to enable sociologists experiencing hardship to participate.

コロナ禍は全球的な被害をもたらした一方で、その程度は国やひとびとの属性等によって大きく異なります。そこで、財源的に比較的恵まれた状況にある会員のみなさまにおかれましては、ぜひ”Solidarity”カテゴリーでのお支払いをお願いする次第です。
